**Responsibility**
- ** The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers (Corporate Sales Representatives) specific area/region.**:

- ** Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role.**:

- ** Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS**:

- ** Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes**:

- ** Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team**:

- ** Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets**

**Requirements**:

Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets**:

- ** Previous experience managing and coaching a Sales Team**:

- ** Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization**:

- ** Solution orientated**:

- ** Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close**:

- ** Strong business sense and industry expertise**:

- ** Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills**:
