**INTRODUCTION**

To develop, implement and manage innovative strategies for products, services and processes for the Retail Convenience business to drive in new customers and increase market share.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- NQF Level 7 (Degree in IT/ Computer Science).
- 10 years in experience in Retail Digital Innovations.
- Experience in Financial Management and Project Management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
FORECAST MANAGEMENT
- Determine project forecast for year ahead Budget Management.
- Manage cost control processes and monthly reporting of actual vs budget expenditure.
- Report on budget variances and authorise expenditure within LOA.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
- Scan external and internal environment to identify potential long-term impacts and ensure identification of risks and the impact to the business.
- Develop a strategic plan and business case to obtain management buy-in and commitment to strategy.
- Identify potential business improvement opportunities and current efficiencies.
- Recommend possible business process improvements Analytics.
- Liaise with project team for implementation, monitoring and feedback to steercoms and project closure.
CUSTOMER & SERVICE PROVIDER INTERFACE
- Interact with customers and service providers cross functionally to deliver on project requirements.
- Interact with both internal and external service providers on project requirements.
- Work with service provider to ensure deliverables are met as per project plan and align with customer and stakeholders.
- Provide internal support to the service providers customer and stakeholder management.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Co-ordinate and manage projects and assets in a professional manner to ensure development projects are delivered on time and within budget & deal approval conditions and with no quality assurance deviations.
- Map current data and business processes to determine potential changes that may result from project impacts.
- Recommend efficiency improvements Project Management and contribute to project planning.
- Monitor and track progress against project plan and targets Business Process Improvement.
DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
- Develop products/ processes that contribute to growth targets through identifying critical market information required to build an innovation strategy and sourcing technologies that supports the drive to migrate customers through research and conducting feasibility studies to determine requirements for Retail business.
NETWORKING AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.
COBE, POPI, AND ABC POLICIES
- Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the organisation's policies and provisions of the Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE), Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
GOOD GOVERNANCE
- Enforce the implementation of applicable PETRONAS procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard PETRONAS interest, image and reputation.

- Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behavior and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.

- Communicate, interpret and adhere to the organisation's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) policies and Zero Tolerance (ZeTo) rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations and the organisation's compliance to industrial requirements.
