What will you do?

This is a management role that oversees the quality assurance function and team within Sanlam Direct.

**It includes the following key focus areas**:

- Co-create/ maintain the quality assurance philosophy/practices for the business
- Create quality standards, processes, and tools to enable the evaluation and improvement of quality/compliance within the business
- Undertake MIS and reporting on quality metrics and trends
- Drive quality and compliance awareness within sales teams/TL’s
- Maintain and implement regulatory, compliance and systems changes
- Manage, develop and support a team of QA’s
- Maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships
What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience
- 5+ years experience in outbound sales CC and/or QA experience
- RE5 exam
- LTI Wealth Management NQF Level 5 / STI: NQF Level 4 Personal Lines qualification
- 2 years+ team management experience
