**Key Performance Area**:

- Overseeing and managing the collections environment
- Processing new and recurring billings on to the system
- Ensure that processes are followed before vehicles are handed over
- Approval of high-profile contract applicants
- Customer billings and administration
- Dealing with escalations of client queries
- Managing and collecting debts to ensure payments are received on a timely basis
- Attending to customer service requests on the ticketing system
- Complex calculations for upgrades and downgrades and at the end of rentals

**Minimum Requirements**:

- B-Com degree with minimum 2-years experience
- Assertive and outgoing individual with good interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management expertise
- Understand basic accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Collections experience a must
- Risk Modelling experience an advantage
- Compliance experience and understanding essential
