**_ Workshop Foreman required for well-established Transport and Logistics Company in Durban / Pietermaritzburg._**

**_ Position: Workshop Foreman_**

**_Industry: Distribution, Warehousing and Freight Industry_**

**_Location: Pietermaritzburg / Durban_**

**_Salary: Salary offering R25,000 - R30,000 P.M. depending on experience._**

**_Benefits: Use of company vehicle_**

**Introduction**:

- Workshop Foreman required for well-established Transport and Logistics Company.
- Must be a self-motivated individual who operates well under pressure and is willing to get things done.
- Knowledge and experience working on Mercedes Benz Trucks.
- Ability to work with the Mercedes Star Diagnostics Computer System.
- Solid hard worker.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid South African EC driver’s licence.
- Willingness to work overtime and ability to handle mechanical breakdowns.
- Ability to control and manage workshop staff.
- Responsible for the control of cost, stock, equipment including documentation.

**Qualifications and Accreditations**:

- Minimum qualification Grade 12 with the necessary working experience

**Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 5-years mechanical experience.
- Strong communicator
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responds promptly to requests and flexible in their approach.
- Deadline driven with ability to carefully assess and streamline processes.
- Must be able to handle pressure and be willing to work extended hours.
