**Field Technology Sales Manager - Hybrid**

**Location: Centurion**

**R40 000 - R46 000 Per Month + Commission**

**Company**

The role will follow a hybrid work model but be based at our Group head office in Centurion. The area of responsibility will cover a large portion of Sub-Saharan Africa.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Sales Management**
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key defined customers.
- Negotiate and drive sales agreements to a close with key clients.
- Assist in the ongoing development of effective sales strategies.
- Achieve set sales targets and strategic sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and determine areas and methods for sales improvement.
- Ensure efficient sales processes and administration to support accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing division to optimize brand awareness of the company and Field Technology.
- Attend tradeshows, seminars, product launches and other events related to the industry.
- Prepare all required sales reports and forecasts

**Budget and Reporting**
- Assist in creating an annual budget and prudently managing resources within the budget guidelines.
- Submit high-quality documentation to internal and external stakeholders, ie. forecasts, sales pipeline, presentations, financial reports, reseller contracts & quotations.
- Regularly analyses competitor landscape.
- Register all opportunities on CRM System and keep those records updated.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years domain knowledge of Agriculture, Engineering and Construction market building construction or surveying
- Construction Equipment Technology Solutions products essential experience required.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills required
- Degree in Construction, Engineering or Surveying

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R46,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- sales in the construction, equipment technology solutions: 3 years (required)
- argiculture, engineering and construction solutions: 3 years (required)
