**Overview**:
The role of the Marketing Co-ordinator is to develop, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns. They will be required to collect data about target demographics and analyse market trends to improve the company’s marketing efforts. They will be required to track sales data and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals. Serving as the Marketing Executive’s right hand, the Marketing Co-ordinator must have the ability to be creative and analytical while simultaneously seeing the “big picture”. On an average day. they may draft reports, coordinate content, track results, build relationships with relevant teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies. They also act as the intermediary between Marketing and relevant internal clients.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Commerce / Admin or relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Fast Food / Quick Service Restaurants / FMCG preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating the execution of Marketing Strategy with the design team and Local Marketer to ensure effective activation of all marketing initiatives
- Project Management of all marketing-led projects and managing communications between all relevant parties (cross-functional team)
- Reporting on sales performance periodically (internal and other stakeholders) and proof of implementation of strategies (marketing audit)
- Prepare media plans for each campaign based on predetermined strategy and maintain various master files
- Maintain and report on the marketing budget for each region
