HR / Payroll Administrator

The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient end to end payroll process, maintenance of time and attendance and ESS, HR related administration and reporting. This role will be responsible for consolidation of HR related information and reporting across the branches. To support the Human Resources Manager, Human Resource department, management teams and staff through the delivery of a professional HR service. Be accountable for accurate and timeous consolidation of HR required documentation and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of Time and Attendance, leave and ESS
- End to end payroll processing and administration - Weekly, bi weekly and monthly payrolls. +/500 employees
- EMP 201 reconciliation
- Department of labour declarations, UI19 documents, DOL correspondence
- Tax year end process. Tax mid year process.
- Employment equity reports and annual submission
- WSP and ATR (Workplace skills plan and annual training report) compilation and submission to the Bank Seta)
- Employment contract preparation and onboarding process
- HR Administration
- Reporting
- Monthly Up To Date Reports
- Employee / IR Relation
- WCA documents and correspondence
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency on Sage 300 with at least 5 years of proven experience working on the full spectrum of the people SAGE system.
- HR Qualification preferably a HR degree with a minimum of a 3-year HR diploma.
- 5 Years Proven experience as HR administrator with end-to-end payroll experience
- Knowledge of HR and IR functions
- Full Understanding of the BCEA, LRA and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS package - advanced level (Excel, Word, Power Point, google sheets)
