Duties/Pligte
- Performing general secretarial and administrative tasks;
- Engaging with prospective students, parents, and the public;
- Creating and up keeping of databases;
- Compiling and distributing agendas and minutes and following up on specific action items;
- Managing the Centre's asset registry and vehicle fleet;
- Providing support to Centre-specific projects and school engagement activities;
- Processing financial transactions;
- General upkeep and maintenance of the reception area and larger office spaces.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Post-matric qualification in Office Management and administration, or a relevant secretarial qualification;
- Two to five years' working experience in a similar position;
- Fully fluent in Afrikaans and English -fluency in another official South-African language will be beneficial;
- Fully computer literate;
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to take initiative and to work under pressure;
- Proven ability to multitask and pay attention to detail;
- Solid time management and organizational abilities.
