- In this role, you will be responsible for the primary functions of Knowledge Management but will also play an integral part in overall continuous improvement through involvement in Service Management, Lean Six Sigma (LDT) and Process Mining initiatives._
- _You will coordinate the Knowledge Management and operational training function with a proactive and problem-solving approach, utilising good logical reasoning ability and interpersonal skills that keep you connected at all times._
- Interaction_
- _Works with Operations leads and customers to design, implement and drive value generating training and knowledge transfer programmes. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Knowledge Management-related queries, activities, implementations, and reporting._
- Responsibilities_
- Manage and report on the following pillars of Knowledge Management_
- Knowledge Management:_
- New Hire Integration_
- _Create and maintain robust induction plans_
- _Create, align, and track new hire learning paths_
- _Grant License to Operate (LTO)_
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Management_
- _Ensure that SOPs, Work Instructions, and operations training documents are maintained, updated and accessible and conform to quality standards._
- Robust Back-Up Structure_
- _Ensure back-up structure for Operations is maintained and that relevant training, testing and documentation is updated._
- Ongoing Performance Improvement_
- _Ensure regular PKT (Process Knowledge Assessment) are delivered, training needs are identified, and remedial training and re-testing are completed_
- Process Trainer Structure_
- _Identify, certify, and manage process trainers through a robust framework. Work closely with the process trainers, who are responsible to create the content and deliver the training for the new hires, and for ongoing performance improvement._
- Other:_
- Support and participate in the delivery, management and reporting of Service Management activities._
- _Surprise Free Operations (SFO) Framework:_
- _Business Continuity Plan (BCP)_
- _Service Management Systems and Projects_
- _Quality Control Auditing_
- Actively participate in LDT (Lean Digital Transformation) and Process Mining initiatives to drive value generation and client satisfaction._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- _University degree in any discipline (or equivalent relevant work experience)_
- _Prior experience in training/knowledge transfer, service management, or reporting (advantage) OR,_
- _Prior experience in an operational role (financial)._
- _Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer centric approach - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data._
- _Outstanding planning and organising skills and a detail orientation._
- _Excellent interpersonal skills._
- _Effective presentation skills._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint skills._
- _The ability to create complex Excel tables and reports is an advantage._
