**Introduction**
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Your primary focus will be eliciting functional requirements from key product stakeholders through the facilitation of workshops, design sessions and related methods to
identify a backlog for implementation.
You will be working alongside a fully global Salesforce capability on different layers across the Salesforce platform.
Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality outcomes is essential.
**Responsibilities**
Define functional requirements that support Salesforce technical implementation.
Provide consulting expertise to help shape the outcome of requirement by leveraging your experience in Salesforce and relating that to requirements and business objectives.
Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions.
Uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SFDC CRM experience to lead business / functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes. Familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, change management and training methods.
Industry specific clouds eg: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service advantageous.
