Key Affiliate Account Manager

**KEY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER | ACQUISITION MARKETING**:

- London or Johannesburg
**Purpose of Job**:
The main focus of the Key Affiliate Account Manager role will be on the company's casino gaming brands, and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting the company's industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with the business's key affiliate partners.
***Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:
- Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of key client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio.
- Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships.
- Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with key partners.
- Identifying new client opportunities.
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward.
- Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates optimisation.
- Proactively managing your online marketing budget.
- Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.
- Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Solid experience within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate Marketing.
- Fluent English - both written and spoken.
- Proven planning and organisational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
***Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience with Revenue share and CPA (Cost Per Action) payment models.
- Previous online media buying experience.
***Person Specification**:
- Requires a target driven individual.
- Strong negotiation, analytical skills and highly numerate.
- Effective and well developed communication skills are a prerequisite for the role both written and verbal.
- Excellent decision making ability and strong work ethic.
- Innovation and ability to think “outside the box”.
- Ability to thrive is a fast paced environment and value attention to detail.
***Education & Experience**:
- A level equivalents
- A Marketing and/or Digital degree and diploma are an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience as an iGaming affiliate account manager or affiliate marketer.
