Senior Restaurant Manager Luxury Brand

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, chefs, and other restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and meet customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure staff members are well-trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously enhance the restaurant's offerings and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an upscale dining environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 2 year experience
