- Minimum grade 12.
- 3 5 years experience in a similar position in the Telecommunication Post-paid sector.
- Proven track record in achieving set targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, selling and client relationship management.
- Good planning and time-management skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive and takes ownership of assigned tasks.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Lead forecast Sell in / Sell Through and Sell Out for key clients in the region.
- Plan, Lead, implement and monitor the marketing activity for key clients.
- Lead the business development.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints.
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Provide overall operational management to ensure effective clients product and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the EBU client division.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (eg: quarterly sales results and annual forecast).
