Albatross Offshore Services (PTY) Ltd, is looking for an **Invoicing Clerk** to provide financial and administrative services.

**Main duties**
- Creating invoices (high volume) for customers
- Calculate additional charges to include in invoices
- Ensuring all invoices are accurate
- Request Supplier Quotation
- Generate Supplier purchase order
- Capturing of all supplier invoices (high volume) whist ensuring that all tax invoices are SARS compliant.
- Perform any necessary administration duties, such as data capturing, filing and updating records.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12/ Matric certificate
- A financial tertiary qualification;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in invoicing required;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Excellent data capturing skills;
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Sage Accounting;
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Attention to detail and accuracy with figures are vitally important
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Solid time management;
- Proactive and Resilient;
- Be able to work well in a team;
- Be able to take initiative and self-motivated.
