- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information, or conduct surveys.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Handle escalated calls and complaints with empathy and patience, seeking resolution to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to call center policies and procedures, including privacy and security regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
