This role requires someone who can think quickly on their feet and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a **procurement or construction environment**.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
- Familiarity with construction project management principles
- Own vehicle is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Must be willing to learn new processes
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Problem solving
- Team player

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Portfolio Manager
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports
- Travel arrangements if required
- Manage requests and queries
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Adhoc duties
