Senior Finance Clerk

The Group Finance Clerk is responsible for the following:
**Customers**:

- Maintain client data on fleet domain
- On-board new customers on fleet domain
- Prepare monthly invoices to customers and customer statement.
- Send invoices to the customers on monthly basis.
- Attend to customer queries relating invoices and services rendered.
- Follow-up on payment, should customer run behind.
- Review customer age analysis for reporting.
- Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.

**Bank account**:

- Allocation of funds received from customers on Fleet domain.
- Reporting Duties
- Review suppliers age analysis for customers over 30 days
- Produce up-to-date age analysis for Finance manager + project managers
- Review customers age analysis to report on management statements and follow up with customers.

**Ad
- Hoc Requirements**
- Daily processing of Customer invoices - Review of customer database from Project managers

**Minimum Requirements**

N Diploma in Finance Information Systems or higher

Minimum 2-3 years

Pay Attention to details

Advanced excel knowledge

**Salary**: R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Postmasburg, Northern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Work in Finance: 2 years (required)
