Offering smart, scalable, and secure cloud technology solutions, IT Managed Services and Strategic IT Consulting to facilitate seamless business transformations and continuous improvement in IT capability and service delivery, seeks a Technical Account Manager with MSP/ICT; presales and project management experience to work remotely, from anywhere in the Western Cape. You will be responsible for Account Management, Pre-Sales, Solutions Design, Project Management and Customer Support

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for all technical issues during the presales process.

Be the primary owner of the proposal preparation process and be the creator of the proposal.

Be able to work with sales personnel and support the sales cycle with reference to technical topics.

Make sure of a smooth handover to the post-sales stage.

Good support to the Project Manager in terms of delivery of solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Be able to handle multi-accounts.

Delivery of solutions for mobile operators across the region with a focus on interconnect and roaming services.

You will be taking live video calls with our prospects, customers, and partners. These calls include discovery and demo calls, onboarding calls, and customer review calls.

You will be assigned key customer accounts, and you will address their questions, support questions, or feature requests in a timely and professional manner.

You will be responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of customer projects including budget management, resource allocation and technical oversight and act as a key interface with customer stakeholders ensuring adherence to the company’s service level agreements.
You will create an agreed project delivery plan which defines outcomes, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities and manage customer stakeholder engagement to ensure expectations are aligned in terms of areas of responsibility.

You will manage the project from customer acceptance to project completion, ensuring ongoing evaluation against budget, providing prompt and regular feedback to stakeholders and managing any issues and potential risks.

You will have to sound IT knowledge, ideally within infrastructure, excellent customer services skills and enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to have a power solution that ensures you will not be down during load-shedding and you will need to work UK hours.
