**Responsibilities**
- Daily creating of PO’s for PD and SD Loads
- Ensuring that all PO’s gets GRV’d (Goods Received) on the SAP System on a daily basis
- Handling any queries with transporters - Issuing of PO’s to transporters daily
- Handling any queries with transport planners
**Qualifications**
- Senior certificate + national certificate / diploma
- 1-2 years experience in Transport Carrier Operations
- Skills needed:
- Planning and organizing,
- Relationship Management,
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork
- Working under pressure and adaptability
- Computer literacy with a good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables), MS Word and Outlook
- Good business communication skills on oral and report writing
- Proficient on SAP, knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP EWM
- Attention to detail
- Able to perform reconciliations and investigations on claims under pressure
- Report writing and trend analysis experience
