**Experience & Skills**
- 4 - 5 years of working experience within the Recruitment Industry.
- **Strong understanding of the PoPI Act.**:

- Articulate and able to liaise on the Executive level with confidence and poise (telephonically, face-to-face, online).
- Fully computer literate and comfortable with various online search engine platforms.
- Excellent computer literacy with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques to be able to do the full recruitment cycle.

**Duties**
- **Business Development**

Analysing potential new client base and working closely with management to secure new business.
- **Job Analysis**:
Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for a particular job opening. This involves conducting job analysis and developing accurate job descriptions and specifications.
- **Screening and Assessment**:

- **Interviewing**:

- **Selection and Offer Process**:

- **Relationship Management**:

- **Recruitment Strategies**:

- **Employer Branding**:
Promoting the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent. Creating compelling job postings and marketing materials that highlight the company's values, culture, and opportunities for professional growth. Collaborating with the marketing or communications team to enhance the organization’s online presence.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- **Continuous Improvement**:
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Analysing recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- **Operational Support**

Provide operational support to payroll and site managers where required on an ad-hoc basis.
