**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Payroll qualification
- Matric

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in full function payroll
- Payroll with a sound basis of financial accounting
- Experience working with multiple payrolls
- Knowledge of legislation (BCEA and Income Tax Act etc)
- Payroll complexity proficiency working with various allowances and fringe benefits
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Sound knowledge and experience in SARS EMP201 and EMP501’s submissions
- Proficient in MS Office

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Full function Payroll
- Draft and compile employee correspondence (employment confirmation letters, increase letter, incentives, etc)
- Experience in BuildSmart payroll will be advantageous
- Experience working in a Time & Attendance system, preferably Jarrison System
- Loading/checking/maintaining employee data
- Checking and capturing authorised overtime sheets per site codes
- Month-end reporting and reconciliation of accounts
- Monthly 3rd party payments including submission of EMP201’s on SARS Efiling
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Continually monitor employee data in terms of relevance, title changes, transfers, promotions and movement in conjunction with HR.
- Print and distribute payslips and timesheets
- Adhoc duties and support to HR
