This will not change the character or purpose of the post but will be necessary to maintain high standards of business practice. The post as an In-store sales consultant provides first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product. Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
This job description, through Business reasons, may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs of the MAVALA Cosmetic South Africa.
**Purpose of the Role/Role Overview**
- As an In-Store Sales Consultant at MAVALA Cosmetics, you will be responsible for keeping the section of MAVALA need and tidy and high genic clean. Testers and Kits must also be clean and sanitize after each customer.
- As an In-Store Cosmetic Consultant, your role is to make recommendations to customers about Nail Treatments, Skincare Treatments and beauty products. Your primary responsibilities are making sales and providing general customer service,
**General Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Meat with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
- Meeting customers’ needs by demonstrating the MAVALA the product.
- Well-presented and business-like
- Making sales appointments with clients
- Record Sales and track targets
- Record Customers details.
- Sign register when enter store and leaving the store.
- Report sales daily to sales manager before 6 pm
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and stand
- Inform customer of price and special offers.
- Follow-up with any client to make sure that they are satisfied with product
- Cross-sell beauty products when appropriate.
- Replenish stock as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years as Previous Sales or experience cosmetic is essential.
- Previous experience having worked with large retailers such as Dis-Chem, Clicks, Woolworth and Independent pharmacies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric
- Must have reliable transport
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans is advantageous)
