**Primary Role**

Responsible for the team that delivers end-to-end back office services to all dental providers and clients. The incumbent is accountable for achieving results through multiple stakeholder engagement channels through the team.

This role is to act as the point of contact for all administrative activities and queries through to resolution.

**Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate and expedite activities of the Network back office team through interactions and instructions via multiple mediums
- Drive and implement approved business strategies and efficiencies in line with targets (financial)
- Ensure the team manages and maintains relationships with providers / dental practitioners / the business
- Manages the relationship with industry stakeholders
- Drive the performance and output of the team in line with client and SLA requirements
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Manage all projects (ad-hoc and ongoing) successfully
- Keep abreast of developments in dental provider services as well as the respective medical aid rules and regulations
- Point of contact for the teams administrative escalations and queries
- Maintenance, tracking, trending and record keeping of all provider interactions on the database
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives for seamless service delivery
- Ensures that the network strategy is created and aligns with the clients strategy
- Ensures the team engaged with dental providers around the terms of their contracts and/or other requirements
- Reporting to the business and the Scheme on targets and other matters
- Representing and promoting
- Trouble shooting system errors and/or complaints and ensuring positive results
- Accountable for team adherence to standard operating procedures
- Resource and functional planning to ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
- Responsible for all human capital management

**Experience**
- 2-3 years provider relations experience
- Experience in healthcare insurance, financial or industry & knowledge of relevant legislative environment is highly desirable

**Education and Applicable Systems**
- Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
