**Primary Role**
Responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining administrative tasks for the Network Department team, network dental providers and all clients.

**Role Reporting**
Administration Team Leader

**Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Maintains positive working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, which includes service delivery of queries, complaints and written/telephonic correspondence
- Provides support to the Network Department by ensuring accurate and timely handling of cases within work basket streams
- Maintain provider network database and update member records on the system
- Conduct member surveys to confirm treatments and services in line with departments quality assurance
- Assist Provider Liaison Officers (PLO’s) when they are on the road
- Schedule bookings and process cancellations of dental provider visits for Provider liaison officers
- Participates in ad-hoc projects within prescribed timelines
- Conduct routine calls for member verification
- Provide value proposition service calls
- Follow up on outstanding information of service agreements from providers
- Assists with compliance checks and reporting
- Distribute communication via mail merge tool kit to dental providers and/or members
- Communicate network queries and/or service failures to providers
- Work closely with Contract Coordinator to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to optimise business processes
- Assist with recruitment of new network providers
- Investigate system related cases indexed to the network workbasket stream and resolve where applicable
- Receives all postal mail and distribute accordingly
- Upload all scans and files to the system
- Collate data for scheme reports and presentations
- Resolve and communicate all tariff and billing queries
- Draft correspondence letters for network providers related to terminations and notifications

**Experience**
- 1-2 years Administration experience
- Experience in managed health care environment & knowledge of relevant legislation is highly desirable

**Education and Applicable Systems**
- Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
