**The team you’ll be part of**

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise. You will be part of the South Africa team, we based in Centurion, supporting the Southern Africa Market and interacting with major Telco’s in the market.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Analyzing customer Network, Spectrum assets, run Capacity assessment and guide in terms of Network Evolution plan and refarming solutions
- Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment
- Can Consult/ optimizes customer network with medium to high complexity and provides recommendations and best practices
- Capability to run Network assessment and investigation covering Performance, Parameter, feature and Layering Strategy and guide in terms of improvement Plan
- Planning expertise not limited to Link Budget, Dimensioning, Coverage, Capacity, Initial parameter Planning and layering Strategy
- Optimziation expertise not limited to Parameter, feature, Capacity, Load balancing, Carrier Aggregation, and layering Strategy
- Ability to interact and present at Technical and CXO Level
- Ability of lead, drive and deliver under pressure
- Provides technical training and guidance to teams

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G technology covering FDD, TDD, NSA, SA, VoLTE, VoNR, DSS, IoT, CA and Network Sharing
- Strong Knowledge of Nokia Product, Solution and Services
- Strong Knowledge of Nokia Roadmap
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, and services
- Has in-depth organizational and relevant market knowledge and contributes to strategic decisions
- Strong Knowledge of Nokia OSS KPI/counters and can guide the team in terms of best practices and KPI Commitment
- Hands on Experience on Nokia Tools covering Planning and Optimziation is a must
- Ability to Troubleshoot and perform L3/trace analysis
- Should have Knowledge of MDT and Other crowdsource Methodologies
- Should have experience of handling mass events
- Hand-on Experience on MUSA, Emil, Eden-Net, and Geosynthesis is a plus
- Other Vendor Roadmap and comparative Intelligence is a plus
- Swap Experience is a plus
- Programming skills in R, Python, SQL, C++ is a plus
- Visualization Tools skills such as Power BI and Tablo is a plus
- Knowledge of ORAN is a plus
- Must have good skills of MS office including Excel, MS Access, and Power Point
- Must have good presentation skills
