A multinational Financial Services entity is looking to expand their tax team.

Position: Tax Monitor

Location: Cape Town: Western Cape

**Salary**: R 450 000.00 - R 500 000.00 per annum

**Duties**:

- Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends.
- Manage tax advisory work for the company's operations.
- Maintain relationships with tax authorities.
- Address complex tax questions and problems.
- Prepare clear reports on legislative and tax reporting requirements.
- Represent the company in industry forums.
- Review and minimize tax risk through process and control evaluation.
- Document changes for legislative requirements and regulatory tax reporting.
- Provide ongoing training for tax compliance.
- Oversee SARS submission files.
- Liaise with clients, advisors, and operations on reporting and tax issues.

**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:

- Completed BCom or BCom Honours in taxation
- SAIT accreditation is preferred
- Financial Services experience is essential
- 2-3 years tax experience is essential
