**Job Context**:
Servest (Pty) Ltd, a Leading Facilities Management Company has a challenging opportunity for Operations Administrator position reporting to the Operations Director to be based at their Waterfall Office. The position is for their Cleaning Division.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric and Payroll Diploma
2-5 years relevant experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Honest and trustworthy

Excellet planning and organising skills

Team work

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Contract Management

Billing validation check and control

Reporting of any anomalies to GMs for solutions

National customer administration

General Administration

Attend to customer requests from Operations Director.
Bridge the communication gap between the Operations Director on the road and all internal departments.

Fleet Administration

Obtain and submit monthly fleet information to Operations Director and fleet department

Report on any deviation or abuse.

Provide a high-quality service with a friendly and professional approach. Treat all customers and colleagues with respect in the best interest of the employer while acting in a professional and ethically.
