**Role purpose**:
Take direct responsibility of the SAMS Administrator includes the end-to-end ownership of the business and personal requirements relating to the vetting, onboarding, compliance, administration and reporting requirements, enabling full access management and control of site related access on a national basis.
This includes the responsibility to provide system administration support and management in line with the TowerCo Site Access Management System (SAMS) to enable seamless, safe, and secure site security services.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Perform end-to-end system administration activities on the TowerCo Site Access Management Systems (SAMS).
Liaison with TowerCo Business Unit Management on the approved list of personnel, maintenance teams and field technicians including contractors, suppliers, strategic partners and stakeholders that must be onboarded on the TowerCo Site Access Management Systems.
Perform ongoing administration, including onboarding, registration suspension or off-boarding of TowerCo Business Units’ personnel, maintenance teams and field technicians including contractors, suppliers, strategic partners and stakeholders on the TowerCo Site Access Management Systems.
Ensure screening and vetting of TowerCo business unit personnel, maintenance teams and field technicians including contractors, suppliers, strategic partners and stakeholders is completed based on the criteria and set of rules as prescribed in the Tower Site Access Management Policy.
Provide clarity, guidelines and operational direction on the Tower Site Access Management step-to-step processes that Business Units’ personnel, maintenance teams and field technicians including contractors, suppliers, strategic partners and stakeholders must adhere to and comply with in relation to TowerCo Site Access Management Systems.
Perform daily monitoring of Site Access Management Systems in relation to User site access requests and report systems violations.
Generate and create dashboard reporting to provide integrated reporting and management information and decision-making.
Escalate systems related issues and advance operational support requirements to Service Providers Technical Teams for system support, troubleshooting and problem management.
Take accountability and responsibility for quality management and assurance to ensure that Active Users access, screening and vetting is renewed annually as per criteria and set of rules prescribed in the TowerCo Site Access Management System Policy.
Provide continuous administrative support to TowerCo Business Units’ personnel, maintenance teams and field technicians including contractors, suppliers, strategic partners and stakeholders that require access to TowerCo owned sites Regionally.
Take direct responsibility for the site access management system, that includes site access, team authorizations and works order related management requirements, enabling full access management and control of all sites related work.

**Technical / professional qualifications**:
Grade 12 is essential with a 3-year qualification in a relevant area preferred.

**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**:
Problem-solving skills, able to navigate through difficult negotiations, including a practical working knowledge relating to system administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distil complex technical concepts into simple terms, with strong persuasion skills to gain support for principles, standards, and change. Able to demonstrate service excellence and improve service delivery to clients.
Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enables the provision of effective support and guidance across programmes, while building a strong team
Basic knowledge of Site Access Management Systems (SAMS) will be an advantage.
