- Experience Handling Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits and Payroll is a must

**_Responsibilities: _**:

- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook.
- Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary; performs benefits administration.
- Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Creates and deploys employee recognition strategies, including reviewing and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs.
- Serves as a strategic communication partner supporting leadership and functional teams by writing, editing, coordinating, planning, providing counsel, and executing employee communications and events.
Participates in administrative staff meetings.
- Maintains compliance with Philippine Labor Laws concerning employment.
- Coordinates and facilitates focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies. Ensures a continuous perspective on the employee experience, as informed through multiple data points including quantitative and qualitative data.
