Thetransformation aims to improve compliance, and accuracy, reduce risks andenhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally. Asuccessful transformation will enable the state-of-the-art employee userexperience and create a foundation for optimally outsourcing identified HRactivities. For this high-profile and critical undertaking, we need skilledprofiles bringing the right tools and approach to fulfil an important role. Weare moving away from an HR legacy blueprint, involving many manual processes,and your work will play a key role in reaching our target operating model.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
- Work closely with the project teaminvolving all relevant collaborators, acting as a link between Global ProcessOwners, IT system, Product Owners, and corporate and country teamrepresentatives, to standardize and harmonize the HR admin portion of Absence& time process
- Drive identification of requirements for HRadmin portion of Absence & Time process across assigned regions andidentify substandard processes through interaction with country HR admin/HRspecialists and outsourcing partners.
- Ensure “As-Is” process mapping to documentthe current state of the processes through the utilization of process tools andmethodologies
- Identify and collate difficulties andimprovement potentials related to process steps and/or system functionalities
- Work with other partners within and outsideof the HR department, to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly definedand followed
- Drive the design of the revised “To-Be”standard process according to the defined global standardization frameworkusing simplification and automation to achieve higher efficiency andeffectiveness.
- Provide input for the definition of processKPIs, implementing controls, and maintaining compliance.
- Provide inputs for governance andcommunication structure for the process
- Develop an implementation plan for therevised process across the countries and ensure its achievement
- Supervise and measure the effectiveness ofprocesses
- Control and ensure internal and externaldocumentation of processes by relating with colleagues, consultancies and BPOproviders, ensuring documentation quality and building inhouse knowledge.
- Implement function-level change managementusing a strong understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impacton collaborators, data, tools, systems, policies, etc.)
- Lead the continuous improvement of theprocess by incorporating process methodologies and implementing function-levelprocess improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transformingcurrent processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Strong project management, consulting, andcross-team collaboration skills are required with an ability to effectivelyinfluence decisions, direction, and outcomes.
- Around 5-year experience working in areaslike business process transformation, process digitalization, and improvingprocess performance in a global environment.
- Understanding of the end-to-end time andabsence process, a high-level understanding of global HR policies andcompliance will be preferred
- Good to have up-to-date knowledge of HRprocedures and in best-case also about related laws
- Good to have hands-on experience indefining and implementing global absence & time solutions in a complexglobal organization
- Can resolve issues in a variety of complexsituations, without supervision
- Can establish relationships, lead projectsand interactions with tact, and use verbal and written communication skills toact as a liaison between the HR function and the business
- Self-directed with an ability to organize,plan, prioritize
- Strong problem-solving and criticalthinking skills with a continuous improvement mentality
- Self-motivated to drive initiatives throughto completion as an individual contributor and through others
- Flexibility in working hours to support andwork in a global environment
