**PURPOSE OF ROLE**

The Proposals department plays a critical role in responding to tender requests from industry with proposals which are compliant, competitive and suitably appropriate and eventually turn into contracts. The role of the Proposals Administrator is to support Lesedi’s proposals to existing and new clients and is therefore key to the submission process.

The Proposals Administrator assists with the overall co-ordination, preparation and submission of all Lesedi proposals, enquiries and quotations efficiently, effectively, timeously, neatly and professionally. This will involve expediting the efforts of the Proposals Team and compiling the administrative sections of the proposal, ensuring compliance and then putting the whole proposal together for submission (in printed form and/or electronic format).

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Monitoring and identifying new business and/ or project tender opportunities on various online portals
- Summarizing RFP documents/Informal requests for Go/No Go meetings
- Provide administrative support during the complete proposals execution process according to procedure
- Preparing compliant proposals for submission, with the assistance of various individuals/teams
- Proposal Close-out (Wash up meetings, lessons learnt, archiving important documents)
- Responding to Client clarifications for submitted proposals

**QUALIFICATION** AND EXOERIENCE**
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Secretarial / Administrative Certificate (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in the compilation and co-ordination of Tenders/Proposals/Similar (advantageous)
- MS Office
- Adobe Acrobat (Pro Version)
- MS Visio (advantageous)
