- Update of menus and info on websites and mobile guides
- Regular checks across the outlets to ensure marketing collateral is displayed according to spec and meets brand standards
- Assistance with marketing event planning & execution (i.e., Easter, Valentine’s, Festive events, Light Art, Performing Arts events)
- Regular online audits to check all company/brand details are updated and accuracy across the websites
- Ad-hoc marketing tasks as required i.e., ordering of collateral / follow up with suppliers
- Accurate record keeping of marketing collateral and stock
- Assistance with photoshoots, styling, coordination
- Processing of purchase orders and invoices and other marketing related admin
- Ensure successful implementation of new collateral or signage, assist with installation across the farm and regular checks to identify problem areas
- Compiling relevant monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Hospitality / Eventing
- Good communication skills, and an eager willingness to learn
- Eventing experience - essential
- Experience with events in the hospitality industry would be advantageous
- Strong admin skills and high levels of accuracy
- Enthusiastic, high-energy individual
- Available to work weekends in accordance with the events calendar
- Able to build relationships with people at all levels within the business
- Problem-solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well acquainted Microsoft suite including Teams
- Own transport
