We are hiring a **Senior Paid Media Specialist **for a leading ad agency.

This is a full-time position. On-site, office based. Daily commute is required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help to lead in the agency’s approach to digital media attribution, cross channel performance and interpreting data from all paid channels.
- Provide support for digital media teams with custom performance reporting and analyses.
- Core client contact related to analytics / reporting.
- Serve as support for teams across the agency regarding sourcing data, improving process, data manipulation, and analysis techniques.
- Make recommendations for new techniques, metrics and strategies to improve targeting and measurement in the future.
- Use leading edge data visualization solutions to show performance, create less friction and focus on developing insights that will drive strategy.
- Help the media team optimize budgets and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible ROI.
- Maintain functional expertise in database marketing, integrated channel marketing, analytic tools and techniques.
- Pitching and presenting strategies to client is a large part of the job.

**Qualifications & Certifications**:

- 6+ years of experience of digital media experience working at a media agency, agency, or in house digital marketing / digital analytics team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field of study.
- Utilize tools and techniques to accomplish data validation & visualizations (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Shopify).
- Ability to provide thought leadership on all aspects of digital advertising, media strategy and standard media measurement.
- Strong communication skills and project management.
- Having the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively.
