**What we are looking for**:An experienced and data-driven Digital Paid Media Manager who can strategise, execute and report on social paid media.

**What you will do**:

- Be a strategic partner for our clients
- Initial campaign set-up including keyword research, ad copy and conversion tagging and tracking
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid media campaigns
- Track, report and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns in order to create better campaigns and leads across all paid media campaigns on social media
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Consult on landing page best practices and copy adjustments needed to improve post-click engagement and conversion
- Perform ongoing and continuous lead checks and optimisation
- Research and analyse competitor advertising
- Assist in building systems and protocols internally requirements

**What you must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or related studies, high competency in mathematics, data and excel is necessary
- 5+ year’s experience with Facebook Ads, Facebook. Business Manager and Meta
- Google Ads Certified required
- Multi-location marketing experience is preferred
- Strong acumen with lead generation
- Experience with B2B and B2C lead generation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Google Ads
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience utilising Paid Search Ad Optimisation
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Tag Manager
- Well-versed in performance marketing, landing page development, conversion and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media
- In-depth experience with bid management tools
- Experience with website analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports and data-driven insights
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong presentation skills - ability to communicate complex data in a simple manner
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
