**Job Description**:
The Global Learning Services User Experience Manager is responsible for the online user learning experience for Sage customers and partners. This role works closely with key stakeholders in learning services (all regions) as well as branding, marketing, community managers, and other web site owners to create a positive experience for Sage customers and partners as they browse, purchase, and attend learning programs. Identifies opportunities for, researches, and implements new technologies that support revenue goals, improvements to productivity, and efficiency helping Sage become a market leader in training offerings to customers and partners. They are responsible for all automated communications coming from Sage University and ensuring these communications comply with branding and regulatory requirements. This role is also responsible for ensuring Sage University is visible and accessible from marketing campaigns and other ancillary programs.

Key Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Oversees and/or manages web presence for global and regional Sage University sites
- Manages LMS communications areas of the system and ensures appropriate processes are in place for compliance with branding and to legal guidelines for communications
- Works with all Services Regions, corporate branding, marketing, and web services to develop and maintain approved website and communication templates
- Develops and documents approved standards for customer facing web pages and communications and performs periodic audits to ensure compliance
- Supports learning services product owners and managers in designing and developing an engaging web presence that promotes the sales and consumption of learning services products, services, and programs
- Uses industry standard metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor site activity and address areas of risk to the user experience
- Collaborates with other web site owners and marketing teams to promote referrals to Sage University pages
- Creates web pages that adhere to current industry standards
- Researches web trends, learns new technologies, and applies this knowledge appropriately to improve the user experience on Sage University web pages

Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:

- 5 + years’ experience designing, developing, and managing content of a corporate revenue generating learning services/training web site
- University degree educated in marketing or web development, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing complex web sites with multiple entry points and personalization
- Comfortable facilitating multi-department project meetings with representation from various levels in the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable of legal guidelines for web sites and external communications

Preferred:

- Experience conducting and analysing usability testing activities and developing improvement plans from the outcomes
- Experience developing customer journey maps
- Technical / professional qualifications:

- Experience developing responsive websites using HTML 5 and CSS
- Ability to create graphics for use on web sites and electronic communications (Preferably with Adobe Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics metrics concepts and reporting
