Wedding Venue Co-ordinator

Based at a beautiful Wedding & Functions venue in Stellenbosch you will be responsible for.
**ADMINISTRATION**
- Oversee enquiries
- Develop and manage a professional working relationship with all clients and service professionals.
- Monitor confirmed bookings relative to monthly and yearly targets
- Assist with marketing material, special packages, promotional initiatives, and the overall brand appeal in collaboration with marketing personnel.
- Management of budget documentation, invoices, and distribution of proof of payments
- Menu and beverage liaison with clients
- Scheduling of tastings and mocks
- Staff, glassware liaison
- Distribution of function sheets
- Client quotes and payment management
- Overseeing weddings pre-wedding client meetings
- Execution of all site visits
- Updating of financial documentation relating to the venue
- Liaising with the different departments of the Estates
- Being present at functions (management of staff, function setup, food service and breakdown)
**COORDINATION**
- Planning, logistics and operations for venue functions.
- Scheduling and execution of meetings as required.
- Liaising with floorplan designer to create event floor plans.
- Drafting and distribution of streamlines programme and floorplan to all suppliers
- Liaise and assist with the setup and breakdown of assigned functions and monitor the function ongoings during assigned periods.

- Driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Reside in Somerset West, Stellenbosch or surrounding area.
- Willing & able to work weekends
- Adapatable to change & willing to assist in other venues if & when required
- Verbal and written articulacy
