Core Description
To provide accurate information on configurations and their documentation to support all the other Service Management processes Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Verify Quality of Information in CMDB
- Interface with Change Management for completion of activities
- Escalate Inconsistencies in CMDB and provided system information
- Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB
- Populate CMDB database from supplied information
- Compile Recon Reports
- Verify Quality of Information in the CMDB
- Participate in The RFC Approval Process for new proposals
- Interface with Process Owners and technical support teams
- Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB

1 to 2 years’ experience in Configuration Management Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control 0 Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels up to Senior Management level within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
