Building on the core responsibilities of a Retail Store Manager, this position at our client, a leading retailer of branded consumer electronics, audio-visual, and information technology products in Durban, requires additional expertise in the specific industry.

**Sales and Operations Excellence**:
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Durban market, exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Optimize inventory management by balancing stock levels with customer demand and minimizing product obsolescence.

Ensure efficient and accurate product displays, highlighting key features and benefits to encourage customer interest.

**Industry Knowledge and Technical Expertise**:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer electronics, audio-visual, and information technology (IT) industry, including current trends, product lines, and market dynamics.

Possess strong technical skills and product knowledge to effectively advise customers on product features, compatibility, and troubleshooting issues.

Stay up-to-date on the latest product launches, specifications, and functionalities to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.

**Exceptional Customer Service**:
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly and professionally, and exceeding their expectations.

Utilize technical expertise to assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs and budget.

**Leadership and Team Management**:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with strong technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
