**ROLE PROFILE: S ECOND ASSISTANT TO WEALTH MANAGER / FINANCIAL PLANNER**

**Role Description**:
Reporting to the Wealth Manager. Will be required to service and maintain existing client portfolios as well as all administrative support for new business function and all related matters (mainly retired client wealth and investment business). Liaise and build relationships with clients. Responsible for all non-advice related aspects of the franchise.

**Role Requirements**: o Grade 12 or equivalent o **Afrikaans client base so high competency level in Afrikaans** o Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. financial admin, financial/para planning type qualification nice to have) o

Previous exposure to dealing with and assisting clients in terms of a financial planning (wealth) book of business

- **Relationship Building** o Build strong partnerships with staff from various suppliers o Ensure that all issues are proactively and smoothly resolved, keeping WM always informed whilst strictly operating within the non-advice mandate as required by legislation

**ROLE PROFILE: S ECOND ASSISTANT TO WEALTH MANAGER / FINANCIAL PLANNER (Continued)**

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**IT / Systems**: o Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word (alt key use etc.), PowerPoint) o Elite Wealth practice management system o Adequate typing speed

**Business**: o Financial Services Industry Knowledge o Wealth management experience will be an advantage o Product Knowledge o Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance

**Personal Attributes / skills**: o Attention to detail primary requirement o Multi-tasking
- Effective time management and prioritization skills o Quality orientation o Customer focused o Energy and positive attitude o Able to work under pressure

**JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE**

Ideally around a minimum three years' working experience in a similar role within the independent broker or private
- wealth management / investment administration space.

**REMUNERATION**

Remuneration will be market-related and commensurate with experience. Negotiable monthly total cost to company package in the region of R 120,000 - R 144,000 PA with an annual performance review.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
