Receptionist/administrator

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administration and Adhoc Admin (Archiving and other admin duties)
- Answering of phones, screening calls and transferring to the correct departments
- Setting up of appointments for the Director and/or Manager
- Handle All Social Media - Linkedin; Facebook
- CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) - Registering new companies, change/add directors, Annual Returns Filing for all Clients etc.
- Debtors and Creditors Control
- Ordering of stationary and any office groceries required
- Supervising of Cleaning in the Office
- Keeping up-to-date with day to day tasks
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Handling of administration
- Must be able to collect monies and ensure monies are paid on time
- Good negotiating and research
- Must know how to setup rosters and schedules
- Time Management Skills
**_MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: _**
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Must be Tech Savvy - first hand experience with inhouse Social Media
- Must be friendly and professional
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: From R78,000.00 per year
