We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented customer service agent to oversee the repair process and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the repair process, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule alteration appointments, ensuring completion of repairs within 7-10 work day lead time.
Collaborate with quality controllers, machinists and the factory to ensure accurate diagnosis, repair, and quality control of customer products.
Monitor repair progress, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer expectations.
Maintain accurate records of repair activities, including documentation of customer interactions, repair details, and any additional actions taken.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall repair experience for customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a repair or technical support environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple repair cases simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to track and manage repair cases.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
