Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating high-quality leads for our UK Merchant Campaign, targeting businesses to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires a proven track record in B2B lead generation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively. You must have experience working in a similar role and be comfortable working in a remote environment with a stable setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the UK market for merchant services.
- Generate high-quality leads through various outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and transfer them to the sales team for conversion.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B lead generation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong track record of generating and qualifying leads in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Experience using CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a high level of motivation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Must be based in Durban with a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup.
