Job Description

Fruition Consulting is a results-driven consulting firm that specializes in B2B lead generation, sales strategy, and marketing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating high-quality leads for our UK Merchant Campaign, targeting businesses to drive sales and revenue growth.

This role requires a proven track record in B2B lead generation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be comfortable working in a remote environment with a stable setup.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the UK market for merchant services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and transfer them to the sales team for conversion.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the UK market.
  • Strong track record of generating and qualifying leads in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead generation software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a high level of motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
