Project Administrator

To assist the business in realizing its strategic objectives by managing and implementing the business strategy(ies). The Project Administrator must ensure the timely delivery of quality objectives.
Overview:Education- Matric – Essential
- Certified associate in project management (CAPM) – preferred
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience – Essential
- Project administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including presentation and reporting.
- Team player
- Relationship building skills
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, financial services, and our overall business
- Apply good project management methodologies in managing Individual Consulting strategic initiatives within scope, cost, and time objectives.
- The coordination, facilitation, and setting up of meetings, workshops, and events related to the project office.
- Effective facilitation of meetings with clear agenda and outcomes.
- Preparing and ensuring that minutes of meetings are drafted and actioned timely by relevant stakeholders.
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Prepare project documentation and reporting.
- Relationship building and collaboration with internal and external partners.
