Join this phenomenal Gaming Team; a leading online casino, as a CRM Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships, driving engagement, and enhancing player retention. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical professional passionate about the iGaming industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Games, Product Development, Player Development, Design, and Customer Support, to align CRM strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized marketing.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to maximize player engagement and product interaction.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, including copywriting, design, and game offerings.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Xtremepush and Optimove, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve engagement metrics.
- Ensure an omnichannel approach, leveraging real-time and onsite messaging to enhance communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and adapt CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Xtremepush, Optimove).
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance within the online gaming industry.
- Experience in the iGaming or gambling sector.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer segmentation techniques.
- Understanding of player psychology and behavior.
