Our client is a dynamic and growing organisation in Real estate seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including sales, HR, finance, and overall operations.

Key Objectives:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tracking KPIs, managing sales expenses, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
  2. Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  3. Manage financial operations, including income and expenses, payroll, and company insurances.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including financial reporting requirements and employment laws.
  5. Contribute to business growth and drive income through effective management and oversight.
  6. Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost-reduction strategies.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant qualification in business administration or work experience.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  3. Experience working with sales teams and tracking KPIs.
  4. Strong financial management and analysis skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Strong leadership and management skills.
