About Momentum Financial Planning

Momentum Financial Planning (MFP) is responsible for financial planning within South Africa, while being well-vested in the legislative and regulatory context. Our purpose is to build and protect our client's financial dreams. We honour our purpose by showing up to make a positive difference in people's journeys because we care. By establishing long-term professional relationships built on trust and credibility, a Momentum financial adviser provides clients across different market segments (middle-income, affluent, professional market and business) with expert advice through sound financial planning. With a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive solutions, which include traditional life insurance, risk and savings products, investments, retirement, health and fiduciary services, and short-term insurance, clients can plan for their unique lifestyles.

Requirements:

  • Inspired to make a career change towards greater purpose and contribution set in a professional, competitive and accountable organisation.

  • Has solid business and professional experience, together with expansive social and close contact networks.
  • Discretion and confidentiality, sound judgment and high levels of trust.
  • If required, willingness and motivation to study further in order to meet requirements.
  • Influential, self-driven, resilient and results-oriented.
  • Minimum 5 years' career experience.
  • Further minimum requirements:
    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
    • FAIS compliant qualification
    • RE5 an advantage
    • Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
