If you have worked in Luxury Retail, Hotels and Resorts, Account Management, VIP Concierge, Luxury Travel - this could be an excellent career progression and an opportunity to work for a growing award-winning company.

  • MUST have excellent language skills in professional English, Norwegian and Swedish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2).
  • 2+ years experience in leisure-oriented sectors such as hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge, or call center.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
  • Value exceptional service and live by this motto.
  • Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional software or CRM tools experience is an advantage.
  • Flexibility: This position is a full-time 40-hour per week role on a shift basis, ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 07:00-22:00 SAST shift either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

  • Located in South Africa.
  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
  • If you want to work remotely/in our hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speeds. We will advise you in the next stage if you meet our minimum requirements. We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
