Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field advantageous
  2. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative minimum 5 years
  3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  4. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  5. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  6. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  10. Sales experience in a technical environment would be advantageous

Duties

  1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  4. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  6. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  7. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  8. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  9. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  10. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  11. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  12. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  13. Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
  14. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  15. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
